Cikrajis Motion to File Amende d Complaint 29 be DENIED; 3. Plaintiffs Complaint against Defendants Arena Blanca, Condominium Solymar, Inna German, Banamex, and Carmen Torres be DISMISSED for lack of proper service and for lack of timely service under Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(m); 4. Ci krajis remaining Motions 28 35 38 41 be DENIED as moot; and 5. Plaintiffs Complaint be DISMISSED and this case be terminated on the docket of this Court.
