The Magistrate Judge has been advised by the Court's Mediator that the parties are scheduling another in-person mediation for sometime in November, 2010. The parties are reminded that the pendency of mediation does not affect the discovery cut-off of July 30, 2010, nor the dispositive motion deadline of August 31, 2010. The partie s are also reminded of their continued right to consent to plenary magistrate judge jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 636 (c).
