Petitioners Motion to Amend Petition [1 0] is GRANTED; the Clerk of Court is directed to file and docket in the record of this case Petitioners Amended Petition, which is presently attached to Document 10 ; 4. On or before February 15, 2010, Respondent shall file an Answer in this case co nforming to the requirements of Rule 5 of the Rules Governing §2254 Cases; and 5.
