Mr. Johnson has now been advised several times about not filing documents on behalf of the others Plaintiffs and is now ORDERED not to do so in the future. Neither Joanne Marie Johnson nor Tamika Trapps has filed the endorsement required to become a party to this case and April 15, 2011, was the deadline set by the Court for filing the endorsements.
