Filing 9 ORDER granting 8 Motion for Default Judgment. Wherefore, it is ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Gary L. Merritt and Bemcore, Inc. are removed as fiduciaries of the Plan. It is further ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED, that LeFoldt & Co., P.A., 690 Towne Center Boulevard, Ridgeland, Mississippi 39157 be appointed as the independent fiduciary. The independent fiduciary shall administer the Plan in order to effectuate its termination and distribute its assets to the participants and beneficiaries.
