November 1, 2013 Opinion or Order Filing 17 ORDER: First, Plaintiffs shall provide to Defendant a privilege log setting forth all pre-suit communications held by the seven named Plaintiffs in this case. Second, the Court finds Defendant has met its burden to prove that Plaintiffs' IRS t ax records are discoverable. Counsel for both sides are ORDERED to work together to resolve this issue to their mutual satisfaction, recognizing that Defendant's counsel suggested during the October 17th call that redaction of some information, or disclosure via attorneys' eyes only, might be appropriate. The Court expects both sides to enter into a Protective Order covering this and the other discovery issues discussed in this Order. Third, the Court finds that Plaintiffs must disc lose the identity of, and contact information for, all medical providers from whom each of them received medical or mental health treatment.
