Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §& #167; 636(b)(1)(A), (B), and (C), and § 636(b)(3), the case is hereby REFERRED to United States Magistrate Judge Caroline H. Gentry until the close of the additional discovery period, at which time the referral will automatically expire.
