ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS - Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that: 1. The Report and Recommendations filed on January 28, 2015 (Doc. # 17 ) is adopted in full; 2. The parties' Joint Stipulation for Award of Attorney's Fee s under the Equal Access to Justice Act (Doc. #[ 16]) is accepted, and Defendant is directed to pay Plaintiffs attorney fees under 28 U.S.C. §2412 in the total amount of $3,250.00; 3. Defendant is directed to verify, within thirty days of t his Decision and Entry, whether or not Plaintiff owes a pre-existing debt to the United States subject to offset. And, if no such pre-existing debt exists, Defendant is directed to pay the EAJA award directly to Plaintiffs attorney; and, 4. The case remains terminated on the docket of this Court.
