REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION THAT THE COURT DISMISS THIS ACTION PURSUANT TO 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B) - For the foregoing reasons, it is RECOMMENDED that the Court DISMISS this action pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B). It is further RECO MMENDED that the Court CERTIFY that an appeal of an Order adopting this Report and Recommendation would be frivolous and not taken in good faith, and therefore Plaintiff be DENIED in forma pauperis status on such an appeal.
