NOTATION ORDER: This civil case is before the Court on Defendant Larry Laskys motion for leave to move or plead in response to Plaintiffs pro se complaint. Doc. 2. At the time Defendant filed his motion, the Court had not yet completed its review of Plaintiffs complaint under 28 U.S.C. 1915 and, thus, had not yet approved issuance of service of process in this case. In addition, the docket reflects that the Clerk has not yet issued a summons to Plaintiff for completion of service on Defendants. Accordingly, Defendant Laskys motion appears to be moot. Nevertheless, the undersigned GRANTS Defendant Laskys motion (doc. 2) and ORDERS that he need not move or plead in response to Plaintiffs complaint until 10/18/2020 or whenever otherwise proper under the Federal Rules following the completion of service by Plaintiff. IT IS SO ORDERED.. Signed by Magistrate Judge Michael J. Newman on 9/22/20.
