Status conference: December 8, 2021 at 2:00 pm. 10. Dispositive motions (i.e., summary judgment motions): January 14, 2022. 11. Final pretrial conference in Dayton Courtroom #4: July 6, 2022 at 2:00 pm. 12. Jury trial: July 18, 2022 at 9:30 am. Pretrial motions including motions in limine: 14 days before the final pretrial conference. Memoranda in opposition to pretrial motions: 7 days before the final pretrial conference. Joint proposed final pretrial order: 7 days before the final pretrial conference. Proposed jury instructions and verdict forms: 7 days before the final pretrial conference. Deposition transcripts for trial purposes: 7 days before the final pretrial conference. Exhibit exchange between the parties: 3 days before the final pretrial conference.
