Filing 9 NOTICE of Voluntary Dismissal by Plaintiff Christy Schmidt (McCraw, Dawn) |
NOTATION ORDER: The Court has received the Notice of Settlement #8 filed by Plaintiff. The Court temporarily stays any pending deadlines in this matter until July 5, 2021. The Court also modifies its 05/19/2021 Order such that Absolute Resolutions Investment, LLC's answer is due on or before July 26, 2021. In the Notice of Settlement, Plaintiff requests that the Court retain jurisdiction to enforce settlement. However, the Court will not consider doing so prior to reviewing a settlement agreement executed by the parties. Therefore, if a settlement agreement is executed, then the parties are granted leave until July 5, 2021 either to file said settlement agreement or to email said settlement agreement to the chambers' email address at rose_chambers@ohsd.uscourts.gov (which the Court will then file under seal). Upon the Court's review and consideration of said settlement, the Court will enter a separate notation concerning any request that the Court retain jurisdiction to enforce the settlement agreement.
