ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE - Upon Defendant, Blue World Pools, Inc.'s, Motion to Dismiss, under Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(6), or, alternatively, to stay this matter pending arbitration under 9 U.S.C. 3. Doc. No. #8 . Plaintiffs' opposition memorandum was due on or before March 25, 2022. S.D. Ohio Civ. R. 7.2(a)(2). However, Plaintiffs failed to file an opposition memorandum by that deadline. Accordingly, Plaintiffs are ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE, in writing and on or before March 30, 2022, why Defendant's motion should not be granted. This Show Cause requirement can be satisfied by Plaintiffs filing an opposition memorandum on or before March 30, 2022.
