Filing 4 ORDER - In accordance with Southern District of Ohio Civil Rule 8.1, the Commissioner shall file and serve a certified copy of the administrative record within 60 DAYS after service of the Complaint, which copy shall function as the Answer. Plaintiff must file a statement of errors within 45 DAYS after filing of the administrative record setting forth the bases upon which reversal or remand is sought. The Commissioner must file and serve a memorandum in opposition to plaintiff's statement of errors within 45 DAYS after service of the statement of errors. Plaintiff's reply, if any, must be filed 15 DAYS after the memorandum in opposition is filed. All briefing must include references to the administrative record. All documents filed electronically must be filed in optical character recognition ("OCR") text-searchable PDF format. Plaintiff has filed a Social Security Identification Form (Doc. 1-3) to effect service on Defendant. In accordance with Rule 8.1(a): The Social Security Identification Form will be lodged in CM/ECF as a restricted document and sent via Notice of Electronic Filing to the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Ohio and Regional Counsel for the Social Security Administration through the CM/ECF system. After the Administrative Record is filed, the Clerk shall remove the Social Security Identification Form from the docket. R. 8.1.A(a), In cases arising under 42 U.S.C. 405(g) or 42 U.S.C. 1383(c)(3), the plaintiff will file a Complaint with the Clerk, along with a Social Security Identification Form containing the full name and complete Social Security number of the plaintiff.
