December 22, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 2 ORDER and NOTICE OF DEFICIENCY - Accordingly, Hammer shall have 30 days from the date of entry of this order in which to advise the Court whether she wishes to continue as a Plaintiff in this group action. If Hammer does not wish to be dismissed or pursue her claims in an individual action, and instead intends to proceed with this action, she is ORDERED to file a signed copy of the Complaint in accordance with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11 within thirty (30) days of the date of this order. Hammer is further ORDERED to pay half of the $402 ($350 filing fee plus $52 administrative fee) or submit to the Court an in forma pauperis application and certified copy of plaintiffs prison trust fund account statement (or institutional equivalent) for the prior six-month period within thirty (30) days.
