White : Defendants Riddle and Pinleys motion to dismiss (Dkt. 53) is GRANTED, and Defendants Riddle and Pinley are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE for plaintiffs failure to exhaust the administrative remedies for his claims against these two defendants, pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1997e(a). Furthermore, plaintiffs claims against the Department of Corrections defendants and the Oklahoma State Penitentiary defendants are DENIED for failure to show these defendants personally participated in constitutional violations.
