ORDER by Chief Judge John E Dowdell The Clerk of Court shall send to Maples one blank motion to proceed in forma pauperis (form AO-240), identified for Case No. 21-CV-0091-JED-CDL. No later than 30 days after the entry of this order, or on or before April 9, 2021, Maples shall either pay the $5 filing fee or submit a completed motion to proceed in forma pauperis. The Clerk of Court shall send to Maples one blank 28 U.S.C. 2254 petition for writ of habeas corpus (form AO-241), marked "amended" and identified for Case No. 21-CV-0091-JED-CDL.
