February 11, 2026 Opinion or Order Filing 52 ORDER: The preliminary injunction hearing set for February 13, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. will proceed as follows: The Court will first hear short opening statements not to exceed 20 minutes for each side. The parties will then present evidence, which the Court expects will consist of 2 hours of direct testimony followed by cross-examination. The Court will then hear closing and oral arguments on Plaintiffs' pending motion for preliminary injunction. As stipulated by the parties via email, all declarations and exhibits attached to the parties' briefing, deposition transcripts, and videos shall be considered as pre-admitted evidence.
