Plaunt's remaining constitutional claims are DISMISSED as duplicative and without prejudice to her right to pursue those claims in the companion case of Plaunt v. Perry County Children & Youth Services, No. 1:24-CV-136. Any appeal from this order is deemed to be frivolous and not taken in good faith. See 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3).
