Filing 62 MEMORANDUM Entry of summary judgment in favor of Defendants Lappin and Norwood on the basis of lack of personal involvement is appropriate. Based upon the undisputed facts, especially the submmitted videotape evidence, Defendants request for summary judgment with respect to Plaintiffs claims of excessive force, denial of medical care, and issuance of a meritless misconduct charge will be granted. Finally, defendants request for qualified immunity will be granted with respect to Plaintiffs claim of being subjected to unconstitutional conditions of confinement.
