Filing 9 ORDER (memorandum filed previously as separate docket entry). Mr. Riley's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis (Doc.6) is GRANTED. The Clerk of court is directed to issue the Administrative Order to the Superintendent of SCI - Coal Town ship to begin deducting money form the inmate's prison account in the manner described in the Adminstrative Order and Mr. Riley's Authorization. Within twenty-one(21) days from the dte of this order, Plaintiff may file an amended complaint in this action in accordance with the foregoing Memorandum.
