Astrue, Commissioner of Social Security, as set forth in the following paragraph.2. The decision of the Commissioner of Social Securi ty denying Ronald L. Bunch disability insurance benefits is vacated and the case remanded to the Commissioner of Social Security to:2.1 Conduct a new administrative hearing and appropriately evaluate the medical evidence and the opinions of Dr. Ramag e and Shapiro in accordance with the background of this order. 3. On remand the Commissioner shall consolidate this case with Bunchs claim for supplemental security income benefits. See Bunch v. Astrue, Civil Action No. 10-1921, slip op.
