The Federal Defendants' Motion to Dismiss (Doc. 48 ) is GRANTED, and the Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendation (Doc. 52 ) hereby is adopted as the Opinion of the District Court. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, should Plaintiff wish to attempt to cure his pleading deficiencies by filing an amended complaint, he must do so on or before 7/15/16. No further opportunity for amendment will be afforded, and, if an amended complaint is not timely filed, the dismissal will be deemed with-prejudice and final judgment will be entered pursuant to Federal Rule 58.
