Defendant Kunz is to submit briefing on this limited issue by June 30, 2014, Plaintiffs are to respond by July 14, 2014. Briefs are limited to ten (10) pages. Parties need not recount factual averments in their supplemental briefing, as such facts are sufficiently set forth in the original briefs and no extensions of time will be granted.
