TEXT ORDER: In footnote four (4) of the breakout order for this case(ECF No. 1 at 4), it is noted the filing fee would need to be paid and failure to comply may result in dismissal. In the original case No. 9:18-cv-1148-MBS-BM, Plaintiff's counsel indicated Plaintiff was finalizing stipulations of dismissal and consent motions to remand. (ECF No. 14 at 2 in No. 18-1148). While stipulations of dismissal have been filed for six related plaintiffs, Plaintiff's counsel here has not paid the fee or filed for IFP or filed a stipulation of dismissal.
