JUDGMENT dismissing the case WITH PREJUDICE in accordance with the Order docketed on 06/08/2021, signed by Judge Samuel H. Mays, Jr. on 06/09/2021. Lee is a three-strike filer pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(g) because he has filed at least three previous lawsuits in this district that were dismissed for failure to state a claim or as frivolous. Given Lee's history of vexatious litigation before this Court, the 06/08/2021 Order imposed filing restrictions upon Lee as stated in the Order.
