Filing 1 ORDERED that Plaintiff's Supplement to Complaint (doc #17) is severed from the above-referenced civil rights action. Plaintiffs claims against defendants at the Jefferson County Correctional Facility shall remain in the above-referenced civil rights action. The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to assign two separate civil action numbers: (1) concerning defendants at the Larry Gist Unit and (2) concerning defendants at the Stringfellow Unit. The latter two civil rights actions should be assigned according to the regular practice for allotment of newly-filed civil actions.
