P. 21 and TRANSFERRED to the Beaumont Division of the Eastern District of Texas. The Court further orders that Esthay's claims against Defendants Lorie Davis, Kevin P. Pinney, Charles E. Briston, John M. Gossett, and Officer D. Johnson be TRANSFERRED to the Amarillo Division pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1404(a).
