ORDER TO SEVER AND TRANSFER. The habeas claims in Plaintiff's amended complaint are SEVERED from this civil rights action. The Clerk of Court is directed to open a new habeas case for the severed claims and file a copy of the amended complaint and attached memorandum 7 and this order in that case. It is further ORDERED that the severed habeas case is TRANSFERRED to the Southern District of Texas, Houston Division.
