March 1, 2016 Opinion or Order Filing 29 Order Accepting Report and Recommendation. It is ORDERED: 1) Plaintiff is entitled to the issuance of process as to his claims in this case against Lieutenant Johnson, Sergeant Castillo and Cory G. Clinkenbeard. 2) Within 30 days from the date the Law Enforcement Defense Division of the Texas AG's Office receives this Order, Defendants Johnson, Castillo and Clinkenbeard shall file a written answer or response to Plaintiff's claims that they were deliberately indifferent to Plaintiff 's serious medical needs. 3) The Clerk shall mail a copy of Plaintiff's Complaint filed 5/28/14, the 10/3/14 Memorandum and Order severing the claims which made the basis of this suit and transferring to this Court, and the Report and Reco mmendation of the U.S. Magistrate Judge entered 4/6/15, along with a copy of this Order to Docketing, Law Enforcement Defense Division, Office of the Attorney General. 4) In the event any Defendant is no longer employed by TDCJ-ID and the Office of the AG is unable to obtain authority to represent such Defendant, the Office of the AG shall provide the Defendant's last known address to the Court UNDER SEAL for the Court's in-camera examination only, subject to further orders of this Court. 5) Any pending motions are denied.
