Filing 26 ORDER. It is ORDERED that the findings and conclusions in the Report and Recommendation 25 are hereby ADOPTED as the findings and conclusions of the Court. Pursuant to the provisions of 28 U.S.C. §§ 1915A(b)(1) and 1915(e)(2)(B)(ii), and for the reasons stated in the thorough and well-reasoned Report and Recommendation, Watson's claims for lack of medical or dental care are DISMISSED without prejudice and the remainder of Watson's claims are DISMISSED with prejudice.
