January 28, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 13 ORDER. Plaintiff filed an Unsworn Declaration and motion for relief from filing fee related sanctions and relief of financial burden #10 . To the extent that Plaintiff is asking the Court to waive the filing fee, his request is denied. The Court concludes that Plaintiff should be given a final opportunity to comply with the Court's deficiency order. Therefore, Plaintiff must either pay the fee or file a signed IFP application within 20 days of the order. No further extensions will be granted. December 10, 2021 Opinion or Order Filing 5 NOTICE OF DEFICIENCY AND ORDER. The Court finds that Plaintiff should, within 20 days from the date of this order, pay the filing fee of $402.00, or file with the Clerk the following: a signed application to proceed in forma pauperis; and a certified copy of his inmate trust account statement. Plaintiff must also submit a complete amended complaint on the court-approved form for civil-rights cases. Failure to file the required documents will result in a denial of in forma pauperis status and a dismissal of Plaintiff's complaint for want of prosecution without further notice, unless the filing fee of $402.00 is timely paid.
