Filing 14 ORDER. Plaintiff Brandon Horton seeks to voluntarily dismiss his claims against SM Energy Company and Michael Ramirez without prejudice. Dkt. No. #7 . The defendants oppose Horton's motion, arguing that they will suffer plain legal prejudice if the motion is granted. Dkt. No. #12 . Finding that they will not, the Court grants Horton's motion and dismisses this case without prejudice. All remaining motions are denied as moot.
