ORDER DENYING CLASS CERTIFICATION AND SEVERING CASES. For these reasons stated herein the Court orders: Plaintiffs' requests for transfer of venue, joinder, and class certification are denied Dkt. No. #10 . The complaint of Justin Panus will continue under this civil action no. 1:23-cv-00086. All other plaintiffs will be terminated from this action. The complaints of Matthew Baker, Scott Zirus, Timothy Cone, Dannie Carter,Eric Quinones, Benjamin Grisham, Corry Garcia, Zachary Guerra, and Jeffrey Johnson will be severed into separate actions as to each plaintiff. The Clerk is directed to assign each new civil action to the undersigned United States District Judge and to file a copy of the original complaint (Dkt. No. 1) and this order in each of the new civil actions. Timothy Cone, Corry Garcia, Benjamin Grisham, Zachary Guerra, Jeffrey Johnson, Eric Quinones, Scott Zirus, Matthew Baker and Dannie Carter terminated.
