The complaints of Matthew Baker, Scott Zirus, Timothy Cone, Dannie Carter,Eric Quinones, Benjamin Grisham, Corry Garcia, Zachary Guerra, and Jeffrey Johnson will be severed into separate actions as to each plaintiff. The Clerk is directed to assign each new civil action to the undersigned United States District Judge and to file a copy of the original complaint (Dkt. No. 1) and this order in each of the new civil actions. Each plaintiff must, within 20 days from the date of this order: pay the filing fee of $402.00 or the balance of the filing fee if a partial payment. has been submitted, or file with the Clerk an individual, signed, form application to proceed in forma pauperis with a certified copy of his inmate trust account statement (or institutional equivalent) for the 6-month period immediately preceding the filing of his complaint, certified by one of the officers at the institution where the plaintiff is incarcerated and submit a complete amended complaint-setting out only his own claims - on the court-approved form for civil-rights cases.
