FINDINGS, CONCLUSIONS, AND RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE. The undersigned RECOMMENDS that Bridges' Complaint be dismissed under Rule 41(b) and that all pending motions be terminated. The undersigned also finds that lesser sanctions have been ignored by Bridges and that he's been nothing if not contumacious, and his filings are frivolous.
