ELECTRONIC ORDER transferring case to the Fort Worth Division of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Under the authority of Miscellaneous Order No. 6, this action is transferred to the Fort Worth Division, where venue is proper. See 28 U.S.C. 1404(a). Plaintiff filed this pro se civil action under the Federal Tort Claims Act, complaining of an inmate assault while he was incarcerated at FMC Fort Worth, within the Fort Worth Division.
