ORDER TRANSFERRING CASE: Insofar as Baker appears to bring claims relating to the conditions of confinement or events that occurred at the Bradshaw Unit of the TDCJ in Henderson, Texas, a municipality in Rusk County, which lies within the Tyler Division of the Eastern District of Texas, this action will be transferred to that federal judicial district and division under Section 1391(b) and the undersigned's authority on July 2, 2024 to allow any party to file an objection to Judge Kinkeade within 14 days after being served with a copy of this order.
