ELECTRONIC ORDER AND NOTICE OF DEFICIENCY: Plaintiff Ernest Henderson must address the following deficiency: The motion to proceed in forma pauperis does not provide enough information for the Court to determine if in forma pauperis status is appropriate. Plaintiff did not completely fill out the motion apart from listing zeros or N/A for most of the answers. Plaintiff also fails to specify who pays his living expenses. Therefore, Plaintiff is ORDERED to completely fill out the motion to proceed in forma pauperis on the AO-239 Form and to resubmit it to the Court by February 18, 2026. PLAINTIFF'S FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS ORDER MAY RESULT IN THE DISMISSAL OF THIS ACTION PURSUANT TO FEDERAL RULE OF CIVIL PROCEDURE 41(b).
