ORDER: Before the Court is Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to File Amended Complaint, filed on April 3, 2021 (ECF No. #6 ). On April 1, 2021, the Court entered an Order and Judgment, dismissing Plaintiff's Complaint in this lawsuit without prejudice as barred by the three-strikes provision of 28 U.S.C. 1915(g). See Order Dismissing Case, ECF No. #4 ; Judgment, ECF No. #5 . As Plaintiff's motion was filed after entry of Judgment, the Court denies the motion as moot.
