JUDGMENT: In accordance with the Court's Order of Dismissal issued earlier today, dismissing this action as frivolous and/or for failure to state a claim under 28 U.S.C. 1915A(b)(1), and pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 58(a), it is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that all claims asserted in this civil action are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE to their being asserted again until the conditions set forth in Heck v. Any claims presented by Braggs that may be cognizable in a habeas proceeding are DISMISSED without prejudice to his right to seek federal habeas relief after exhausting state remedies.
