November 30, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 8 ORDER In this 28 U.S.C. 2254 habeas action, Petitioner Donald Ray Sweeney challenges his 1996 state conviction. But on October 6, 2022, the Court denied Sweeneys application to proceed in forma pauperis and ordered him to pay the requisite $5.00 filing fee by October 26. The Court warned Sweeney that failure to do so could result in dismissal of this action without further notice.
