ORDER TO REPLEAD: Plaintiff must, within 30 days of the date of this order, file a complete amended complaint stating with specificity all material facts to support his claims and a right to recover against each named defendant. The Court warns Plaintiff that, if his amended complaint fails to cure the deficiencies described above, this civil action is subject to dismissal without further notice under 28 U.S.C. 1915(e) and 1915A.
