ORDER: On December 27, 2023, Petitioner requested the Court to send documentation to the Lubbock County Detention Center (LCDC) because officials refuse to allow him to pay the fee "unless they receive proper documentation from the Court stating to pull" the filing fee from his inmate trust fund. ECF NO. #7 . The Court denies the motion, but Plaintiff may present a copy of this order to unit officials todemonstrate that he requires payment of the fee in order to comply with the Court's prior order. The Court notes that the deadline to pay the fee has not yet passed. If Plaintiff requires additional time to comply, he may seek an extension if he is unable to meet the January 11 deadline to cure the filing fee deficiency. (Ordered by Senior Judge Sam R.
