PLAINTIFF IS CAUTIONED that if he continues to file frivolous complaints, motions, or other documents, additional, increasingly severe sanctions will be imposed against him. These sanctions may include monetary sanctions, the dismissal of a complaint with prejudice, or a complete bar to filing pleadings without leave of the Court.
