ORDER: Since the Court has not ordered Respondent to answer Petitioner's petition and because the Court is still conducting 1915(e)(2) screening, Petitioner's requests are premature. Thus, it is ORDERED that Petitioner's requests (ECF Nos. #11 , #12 ) are DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE to Petitioner's right to conduct discovery and, if necessary, file motions to compel discovery under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure following the conclusion of 1915(e)(2) screening as ordered in ECF No. #10 .
