MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER - that Tate's petition for writ of habeas corpus is dismissed without prejudice as successive. A certificate of appealability is denied, and the Court certified that any appeal taken from this Order is not taken in good faith for purposes of FRCP 24(q)(3). Tate is warned that any further filing of unauthorized successive habeas petitions challenging his 2018 convictions may result in the imposition of sanctions, including monetary penalities and/or restrictions on his ability to file pleadings in this Court.
