ORDER TO CORRECT DEFICIENT PLEADINGS, ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE, AND CASTRO WARNING. If the Petitioner wishes to proceed under 28 U.S.C. 2254, he must file a petition within thirty days of this Order. Petitioner must SHOW CAUSE, within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order, for why this petition should not be dismissed as time-barred under the one-year statute of limitations. Petitioner must also pay the $5.00 filing fee or submit a properly supported motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis with a certified copy of his inmate trust fund account statement within thirty days of the date of this Order. The petitioner is warned that if he fails to comply on time, the court may dismiss this case for want of prosecution without further notice.
