Filing 13 ORDER --It is therefore ORDERED that, within thirty (30) days of the filing of this Order, Petitioner must clarify his intention in this Court by either: (1) withdrawing his amended 2254 application for habeas corpus (ECF No. 7) by filing a Notice of Withdrawal, or (2) filing a second amended 2254 application for habeas corpus on the forms to be provided so that the amended application clearly and concisely states his allegations and relief sought. The Clerk of the Court shall forward to Petitioner the correct forms for filing a federal habeas application pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 2254. If Petitioner chooses to file a second amended application for habeas corpus relief pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 2254, it is ORDERED that Petitioner must either: (1) submit the required filing fee of $5.00 along with the amended application, or (2) file a completed IFP application along with a current institutional trust fund account statement showing deposits and balances to Petitioners institutional account for the previous six months.
