ORDER --NOW THEREFORE, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, pursuant to the authoritycontained in Title 28, United States Code Section 1782(a) and Rule 28(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure that Krysta M. Stanford, Trial Attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice, hereby is appointed Commissioner of this Court, to obtain by subpoena the requested evidence from Titleist Asset Management Ltd. in the form of a written affidavit for transmission to theOffice of International Judicial Assistance, United States Department of Justice, for transmission to the Family Court No. 2 of Pilar, Argentina in Marcela Patricia Bat/ma v.
